- First described
- 2014
- Type
- single clone from largely extirpated region
Rare US-cultivation Calhoun Co, FL leucophylla. Bright white + red veins phenotype reminiscent of Helmut's Delight but distinct. Most wild Calhoun Co populations destroyed.
Standout traits
- Bright white pigment + profusion of red veins (Mike, post #1, 2014)
- White doesn't go far down the trap, but it's not diluted with red
- Reminds Mike of Helmut's Delight (related morphology, NOT same clone)
- Most Calhoun Co plants in cultivation are in Europe — Mike's specimen is rare in US cultivation
Cultivation
Outdoor Northern California.
