Naming
"Chocolate Top" — descriptive cultivar label by Jerry Addington. Jerry described it as "the best cuprea he has." Mike (post #1, 2014): "you might wonder why this is called chocolate top, since the color is more of a dark coppery color, at least when grown outdoors. Jerry grows his plants under greenhouse plastic, and my guess is he is able to get these to color up a lot darker."
